The Sheriff’s Department has begun processing 2026 Attorney ID badges. Current ID Badges will have a grace period until January 15. Completed applications may be securely uploaded here, emailed to leslie@tarrantbar.org, dropped off or mailed to the Tarrant County Bar Association Office (1315 Calhoun, Fort Worth, Texas 76102).
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email from our office giving you instructions on how you can pick up the I.D. If you have a current badge, that badge must be returned in order to receive your new badge. There is no exception to this requirement. If you do not bring your current badge you will have to reschedule your appointment. The new badge will be accepted until January 15, 2027. AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED TO PICK-UP YOUR NEW BADGE ONCE APPROVED.
Please Note: Attorney ID badges are for criminal and juvenile courts only.
