The purposes of the Collaborative Law Section are:
- To improve communication and the practice of law in Tarrant County concerning collaborative law matters;
- To develop a forum for discussion of collaborative law among lawyers;
- To inform non-section members of TCBA about collaborative-related topics of interest through the sponsoring of seminars and the use of other methods; and
- To develop a forum at which collaborative law specialists may speak in Tarrant County.
