Formed 9/2004

The Section is made up of members who practice intellectual property law, engineers and business people who are interested in both the legal and business aspects of intellectual property, and law students who are interested in a career in intellectual property. The Section was formed to promote discussion, exchange ideas, and possible solutions to various common problems, relating to intellectual property.

The Intellectual Property Section meets as necessary.
